Our Hardy family came from Colorado and Arizona to meet brand new Nathan and attend his blessing. Julene came from Arizona and Grandma, Grandpa, Devin, and Spencer came from Colorado. We did lots of fun things while they were here in Ridgecrest.

| Spencer just adored Nathan. |
| Natalee in the cute shirt she got from Grandma Bobbi. Each of the girls got one. |
| We wanted to get a picture of all the kids in their new red outfits. Even Nate was wearing red. It didn't go very well. |

| This was the closest we got to the group picture. Kelsey was the only one we couldn't get. Then Mackenzie immediately lost it because she was so upset that Natalee had kissed her and we knew it was all over! |

| We had a fun trip to the Wild Horse and Burro Rescue. Spencer feeding a horse. |
| Devin loved feeding the horses. |
| Kelsey, Mackenzie, and Haylee decided the back of the van would be more fun. |
| This baby burro was just too cute. |

| Next was a trip to Walker Pass. Nate and I didn't make it to this one. |
| Grandpa Hardy enjoying the beautiful scenery. |
| Devin in front of a very cool Joshua tree. |
| On the way home they picked up some soda from the Indian Wells Valley Brewery. They got 4 different flavors: Root beer, green apple, orange, and cream soda. |
| Grandma Bobbi brought her 'grandma bag' with lots of fun activities for the kids to do. I was very grateful since it gave me a chance to rest and my recovery after this labor was a little bit slower. These were some butterflies made with ziploc snack bags, trail mix, and decorated clothes pins. |
| Next the kids made tote bags out of t-shirts. Very cute! |
| Everyone with their bags. |
| Julene and her butterfly. |
| Spencer and his butterfly. |
| Natalee and her butterflies. |

| We went to the library to watch the 'Working Wildlife' show with Jeff Lee. This was his cute porcupine eating a grape. |
| Jeff Lee with his ferret. I think this little guy might have been in Kindergarten Cop. :) |
| One of the monkeys used to film Pirates of the Carribean. |
| Playing with white goop made out of corn starch and water. |
