Famous!

Well, if you can call getting your picture in the Daily Independent famous, then I guess they are. :)  It's happened a few times before (quite a few times, actually, since one of the newspaper photographers is in our ward) but this time I am getting it into the blog.  This picture was taken at the ice cream social held right before school starts.  It's when the kids find out who their teachers are.  This year the Rotary Club donated a backpack filled with school supplies (and a toothbrush, toothpaste, and comb) to every student.  It was an amazing gift!  Haylee and her best buddy, Grace, were wearing their Inyokern School T-shirts and Kelsey was eating some ice cream in the background.  Perfect photo-op.  I had a hard time scanning the newspaper into a good picture, but here's the best I got:
