Failure

     If this doesn't scream "Failure as a parent!" then I don't know what does.  No names for this one.  But I'll give you a hint.  You can't really tell from the picture but the wall is a pale purple color.  I'd guess that most parents don't have to deal with this kind of damage until the teenage years (if at all).  Our family must be advanced because we are way ahead of schedule on this one.
